1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with Abhidu, operated by Bunderbrains Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service; breaching it breaches those Terms.
It applies to everyone using Abhidu through any channel — WhatsApp, our web application, our mobile application, or any channel we add later.
We may update this AUP at any time, effective when posted. We keep it separate from the Terms so it can stay current as the Service develops and as new kinds of misuse appear.
2. The general rule
Use Abhidu lawfully, for your own legitimate personal or business purposes, in a way that does not harm other people, other users, or the Service. What follows illustrates that rule rather than exhausting it.
3. Prohibited content
Do not submit, store or request content that:
- is unlawful under any law applying to you or to us;
- sexually exploits or endangers a child, or sexualises a minor in any way. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and terminate the account immediately and permanently, without notice;
- is sexual content involving a person who has not consented, or intimate imagery shared without consent;
- promotes, incites or instructs in violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- promotes hatred against or harassment of any person or group, including on grounds of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or nationality;
- is defamatory, or harasses, threatens, bullies or stalks anyone;
- infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;
- contains malware, exploit code, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to a system;
- is fraudulent or deceptive, or impersonates another person or organisation.
4. Prohibited conduct
Misusing other people's data. Do not submit personal data about others without a lawful basis. Do not use Abhidu to profile, monitor, track or surveil anyone. Do not upload contact lists, customer databases or third-party personal data sets.
Breaching confidentiality you owe. Do not submit material you are contractually or professionally barred from sharing — employer confidential information, client data held in confidence, privileged legal material, anything under an NDA — unless you are certain you may.
Breaking the Service. Do not probe, scan or test its vulnerability; circumvent authentication, rate limits or access controls; interfere with other users; or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Extracting or copying the Service. Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of Abhidu; attempt to discover or extract our models, prompts, system instructions or source code; scrape the Service; or use its outputs to train, build or improve a competing AI product.
Improper automation. Do not access the Service by bots, scripts or automated means except as we expressly permit, and do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or eligibility rules.
Reselling or misrepresenting. Do not resell, sublicense, rent or provide the Service to third parties. Do not misrepresent your relationship with Bunderbrains.
Relying on it for high-stakes decisions. Abhidu can be wrong or incomplete. Do not use it as the sole basis for decisions with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences, and do not present its output as professional advice.
5. Academic integrity
Abhidu organises material you have gathered — it does not write essays, assignments or examination answers. If you use it in an educational context, you remain responsible for your institution's rules on academic honesty and permitted assistance. Using Abhidu in breach of those rules breaches this AUP.
6. Reporting misuse
Report suspected breaches, or content that concerns you, to support@abhidu.com, with enough detail for us to investigate. Child safety reports are treated as the highest priority. Reports about a user who may be under 18 should go to legal@abhidu.com.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action, including: a warning; removing or restricting access to content; limiting features; suspending or terminating the account; and reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires it or someone is at risk.
Except where a breach is serious or urgent, we will tell you what we have done and why, and give you an opportunity to respond or fix the problem. Where a paid account is terminated for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the period paid for.
We are not obliged to monitor the Service, and nothing here creates a duty to review content. Not acting in one case does not waive our right to act in another. We may act on a first breach where the conduct is serious.
